I would rather live in Colorado than West Virginia

I do live in CO, just west of Denver, which has experienced outsized growth economically and in population since I moved here in 1993. It's only natural for those growth areas to slow after a long period of expansion. The law of large numbers also being a factor.
Clearly, the article was written by a conservative. Happy, healthy, financially comfortable residents of the state love it when the nitwits leave.
