A vaccinated person will more quickly generate anti-bodies as the virus replicates in their body. This prevents hospitalization, but until the person's anti-bodies snuff out the virus, even a vaccinated person can spread it to others.

Although vaccinated people could spread as much as unvaccinated, I would think a vaccinated person would more likely be asymptomatic. You can go argue over there that vaccines stop infections.
