Today, Prime minister Shmygal asked the USA to provide natural gas to Kyiv to survive the winter! This is in a country that is sitting on a vast trove of hydrocarbons. This is after Biden and Blinken agreed to pay the pensions of Ukrainians.
Many an oligarch have gotten filthy rich of stealing gas profits from Ukrainians. The infrastructure has been ignored and stolen.
