Here are some statements by Charlie Kirk that have been called hateful or discriminatory:
Statement What was said / Allegation Why it’s considered hateful / controversial Civil Rights Act & MLK Charlie Kirk said that passing the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was a mistake, that it created a “beast” which has now turned into “an anti-white weapon.” He also reportedly said Martin Luther King Jr. was “awful” and “a bad guy,” etc. FactCheck.org Critics say this denies or degrades civil rights progress, attacks Black leadership and civil rights institutions, and frames racial justice laws as harmful or discriminatory toward white people. “Jewish money” / cultural Marxism He argued that Jewish donors have been a primary funding source of what he calls “left-wing, anti-white causes,” “cultural institutions and nonprofits,” and “secular Jews” created a “beast” now “coming for Jews.” FactCheck.org These remarks have been criticized for promoting antisemitic conspiratorial tropes (blaming Jewish people for ideological/political movements), using coded or explicit language about “Jewish money,” etc. On LGBTQ+ issues Several statements:
• He said that a Biblical verse about stoning gay people “to death” is “God’s perfect law when it comes to sexual matters.”
• He referred to trans people as “a throbbing middle finger to God,” and called for treating trans people how “we used to take care of things in the 1950s and 60s,” which critics interpret as advocating for institutionalization or worse.
• He said there is a connection between believing in gender transition / trans identity and believing one can “print wealth,” linking trans rights to economic collapse/inflation. Advocate.com+1Critics see these as demeaning, demonizing LGBTQ+ people, equating their identities or medical care with delusions or harm, and in some cases advocating a return to past oppressive practices. They are widely viewed as transphobic or homophobic. Race-related / Racist statements One example: “Happening all the time in urban America, prowling Blacks go around for fun to go target white people, that’s a fact. It’s happening more and more.” Indianapolis Recorder This kind of framing is criticized as a racial stereotype, generalizing Black people as violent or dangerous, which many see as racist. Also it can inflame racial tensions. Women / Misogyny He said birth control “really screws up female brains … It creates very angry and bitter young ladies and young women.” Advocate.com+1
You do understand that she's not going to see any of that either hateful or discriminatory, right? It all falls into her belief system...
You might as well expend your energy talking to a brick wall. It's more likely to understand...
