Don't be so sure. Even with its nukes, Russia is just a poorly governed central Asian petrostate with super power delusions. Clearly its military is not up to the task of conquering Ukraine or even of holding on to any part of it, and as its economy continues to contract under the weight of the sanctions and its military continues to grow weaker, how many of the republics that make up the Russian federation will try to break away?
Russia sucks bad, but Ukraine has zero chance of invading Russia. They may fight bravely in defense of their own nation, but the moment you ask them to go to war inside Russia, their moral will plummet just like it did with the Russian soldiers, and Ukraines supply lines would be significantly worse than Russias too.
