I went back up the hill and harvested a couple more pounds of these a little while ago. When I picked the first batch a few days ago, there were more of them than I could pick. The thing with these is that they only last a couple days before they wilt and turn to mush. We're gonna saute them in butter and garlic and have them with our supper tonight...
