A group of North Carolina voters has filed a legal challenge against U.S. Representative Madison Cawthorn’s 2022 candidacy for reelection.
Cawthorn is a Republican U.S. representative for North Carolina's 11th congressional district since 2021.
The challenge "alleges that Cawthorn is constitutionally disqualified from public office under the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution based on reasonable suspicion that he helped facilitate the January 6, 2021 insurrection.
The legal challenge brought against Rep. Cawthorn cites Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment, known as the Disqualification Clause, which states, in part, “No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress. . . who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress . . . to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
The challenge filed against Congressman Cawthorn is part of a larger, national campaign, run by Free Speech for People and Our Revolution, urging Secretaries of State to "bar elected officials who engaged in the January 6, 2021 insurrection from appearing on any future ballot," according to Free Speech for People's Jan. 5, 2022 announcement.

I think they'll have so badly trashed the nation that even their normal level of lies and slanders won't be enough to keep them in power after this November. It's a combination.

Both Dominion, and something they do called. . . "vote harvesting." It can only be done where large scale absentee ballots are allowed, and where signature matching is not strictly enforced.

If signature verification is not required, and then, you can run ballots from friendly districts through the tabulating machines, multiple times, while manipulating the vote counting and weighting of the vote percentages. . . it is easier to create the illusion of an altered electoral outcome.

It is also, apparently from the research I have done with these new Dominion machines, extremely important, to look at your paper receipt if you vote in person. I have heard, anecdotally, that sometimes the receipt shows a different candidate chosen, than the one you marked on the machine. I have no idea about the truth of this claim however.

And of course, if this IS true, audits will do no good afterward. Especially considering, a lot of folks probably don't check the accuracy of the machine. How many folks check the accuracy of the computers after they do their grocery shopping?

Even Biden, the president himself and Harris and a lot of others were on Twitter saying chauvin was guilty and calling him a racist and murder before his trial was over and no one said a thing.
