I can never tell when he's lying like a ten year old boy trying to get away with something, or just deluded. His pathology is pretty strong.

His pathology is not in knowing or not knowing what’s true, it’s in absolute zero interest in it. The only thing that concerns him is what’s useful and the silly stupidity of what he says simply reflects what he thinks of his voters.

Trump is likely above average on intelligence.... But he ACES and excels on how to manipulate his followers, with gut instincts, to preserve and protect himself or further his personal agenda, masterfully.... imo..... I've never seen such Lock Step, lock-stepping!
