So if you put healthcare and make it part of the government, how are you going to prevent the healthcare system from being abused? The government will never go after itself.

The proper role of the government is to remain separate from all businesses, including the healthcare system. Then, when one of the businesses gets out of line and causes people harm, the government can go after them. The government should be the tool of the people. Not the other way around.
