Is there some sort of a point that makes the post a "current event"?

If is from the SCOTUS hearing on whether or not Google (and other) can be held liable for content generated by third parties because their recommendations feature displays certain videos based on key words. They are basically trying to get around the first amendment protections for the videos by saying social networks are liable for contents via distribution.
