They found NOTHING!

Trump will be permitted to purse his appellate future as a convicted felon.,

SCOTUS invented presidential immunity.

Cannon changed the rules about appointing special prosecutors.
You've got the cart before the horse. SCOTUS is the highest court in the land. The others are all subject to their rulings. LOL, Cannon changed the rules on special prosecutors? LMAO, you're a moron. Garland illegally appointed an illegal civilian to special prosecutor, i.e. Smith and where did that get you. STFU, you're a moron troll.

Never mind. Your hypocrisy is impenetrable.
Huh? Look I am sorry you didn’t listen to the warnings from everyone and fell for the lies from the admin that he was of sound mind

What you are insisting is not what it says.
You don't understand the written word anymore than you write it.

Merchan wrote in his decision that he is not likely to "impose any sentence of incarceration," but rather a sentence of an "unconditional discharge," which means there would be no punishment imposed.

They knew there was nothing to find. It was just paly acting to keep the lowbrow tRump voters and the orange criminal himself entertained.

Now his net worth has jumped to almost a trillion dollars due to having tRump's ear and the ability to steer contracts to his companies.

Which new government contracts do his companies need?

SCOTUS can corruptly invent and change the rules to help the king as much as any other court. And they did.

Special prosecutors have been appointed for decades and it was never a problem, even when they were part of SCOTUS cases, but a naive and inexperience judge decided to ignore all that the moment it became politically expedient to ignore the rules.

All of them apparently, but that's my signature, not the topic of the thread.

Get back on track, kid.

They aren't a problem when they're legally appointed. Why would anyone think this
one was illegally appointed? Can you show he was appointed the same way as the others?

Have you ever heard of Archibald Cox?

Yet is means that Trump will be President Felon, a convicted felon to pursue his appeals, which stand no chance.

these special counsels. were appointed the same way that Jack smith was, as inferior officers since these inferior officers are subject to the “plenary supervision” of the AG. By contrast, and officer operating completely free of any “constraints” or “accountability,” does need to be confirmed by the senate, but jack smith was appointed using statutes 28 U.S.C. § § 509, 510, 515, and 533, and the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).
