In Socialist / Communist countries you aren't even allowed to pretend you OWN a home. The government owns it.

In my opinion, if taxes are high enough, the government essentially owns your home—and you're just a renter. I don't like paying rent or interest, so while I was in the service, I saved up my money. I bought some land, paid a carpenter to build me a shell, and did everything else myself—including the plumbing, electrical work, flooring, ceiling, and paneling. I ended up building a house for about one-quarter of what it would have cost to buy.

I don't know about that. I don't know the law in Canada, but I think in most states in the US, in order to burn your house, you have to have a permit from the local fire department. What can I say—the law is not always logical, and it might be considered a danger to others even if it doesn't cause any direct harm.

They used a 3rd Party to be the "bad cop" with the banks approval and my wife purposely didn't pay when I sent her half the mortgage on more than one occasion. It's a dirty trick in Canada designed to pad the massive record profits for them, worse if you are an undesirable as I am.

I made a couple of mistakes with trust and working uphill against a tsunami but even I am surprised by how evil these people are. I paid $4000 more interest alone over the last 18 months because of these criminals.

We need competition because the apparatuses weaponize banking here just as they tried in the U.S against conservatives.
