Note: Nursing homes should admit any individuals that they would normally admit to their facility, including individuals from hospitals where a case of COVID-19 was/is present. Also, if possible, dedicate a unit/wing exclusively for any residents coming or returning from the hospital. This can serve as a step-down unit where they remain for 14 days with no symptoms (instead of integrating as usual on short-term rehab floor, or returning to long-stay original room).

Examples of skilled nursing services include wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, injections, catheter care, physical therapy, and monitoring of vital signs and medical equipment. Skilled nursing care provided in any setting for any duration must be ordered by a doctor to be covered by Medicare, Medicaid, the VA or private health insurance.

He told people to celebrate while other places were doing stay at home. He had to be forced by the governor to close schools. He told everyone it was safe to ride the subway then took cars out of service Making sure to create less distance.
he could have sent those elderly COVID cases to the hospital that was never used in the park but he chose to send the to nursing homes.

President Trump set gave money to Cuomo to set up a temporary hospital in NYC and President Teump ordered a Navy ship to NYC that was set up to house up to 1200 patients.So what do you suggest they do with post covid patients if there is not 1 bed in a hospital?? We all know they are treated first so they would be post covid.

If you die on the Navy ship or in the temporary hospital.. THERE IS NO PAYMENT.. You see if you die in that nursing home and they hook you up to a ventilator and you "expire of Covid-19" The nursing home gets 38K from the Government! LOOK IT UP! This is CUOMOS SICK WAY OF BALANCING THE NY DEFICIT!
