If they are getting paid cash under the table instead of an employer hiring a payroll employee; there is no SS tax being paid by that worker. You are mixing oranges with apples. Let us try this one more time:

The United States Constitution does not give the federal Congress nor the federal courts any jurisdiction over who state governments allow to work in their state. THAT is the point danielpalos keeps repeating.

Because this is a civil issue, the wallists are LYING when they keep repeating the lie that we are dealing with "criminal illegal aliens." It is not a crime and the United States Supreme Court has ruled as such. So, if you believe in the Rule of Law, you have to work within the parameters of the law.
