Many of the points made in SSDD's blizzard of links have been covered in legitimate papers.
Unfortunately the proponents of these alternate pathways make the same mistake as those who proclaim CO2 as the true driver. There are many pieces and pathways that control the climate and they are not mutually exclusive. Gravity and convection is a huge piece that gets short shrift.
As was pointed out Ian, you either get gravity and convection or you get magical CO2...you can't get both...it's an either or deal. If back in the 18th century, the scientists had had information we have regarding the other planets in the solar system and the fact that their temperatures fall right in line with their atmospheric pressures, do you think they would have looked to a trace gas in the atmosphere or seen precisely what actually is responsible for the temperature on any given planet.
