Well, his puppetmasters did. Biden's been a potato since 2019.

That EO did nothing to stifle US production. Production started lagging due to market forces, when there was a huge surplus of oil, prices dropped and some producers shut down in 2020. After that EO was signed US oil production started its steady climb up hill once again......

Last time I did, it was some Turkish pump, and I was set and all, but the recoil was really serious.
