Theory on why Biden won't answer the court packing question.

Could it be that he knows its a bad idea but he is afraid if he is HONEST about it he will lose a lot of his radical base?

Or do you believe he intends to do it but doesn't want to be HONEST out of fear of losing moderate voters?

Amazing how the left create then fall into their own traps.

He can’t answer because the question is for Harris to answer and in my opinion she would try but fail if she were President...

It isn't going to happen. Packing the court is the same kind of campaign promise as Trump making Mexico pay for the wall or arresting Hillary.

If he answers he is losing support from one group or the other if doesn't he gives Trump and the Republicans a great issue to hammer him with.

VP Biden- or more accurately his handlers- have determined that no answer to the question is the best way to go here through their focus groups.

Of course Biden plans to pack the court, but admitting he will , will hurt him with the Never Trumpers. Denying it will hurt him with the progressives.

No mystery. It has everything to with what McConnell is going to do with the current nomination and what the new senate will look like next year. If she gets rammed through in the lameduck session when Trump has lost and the senate will flip parties next year it will be justified to restore the political balance the court would have had without all the monkey business.

McConnel made up the rule they would use nuclear action on Supreme Courts Justices,

It depends on Congress.

It can not be a promise if he does not say either way...

Also it matter not what Biden says because the question will be if Harris will attempt to add seats which she will be unable to do...

Both reasons are true.
he either loses part of his base, or loses moderates, so he will never answer.

On the other hand, anything except a clear "NO" should lose the not retarded moderates.

It's incredible that he can't answer the question. Just shows where the pedocrat party is.

So the safest assumtion is...whatever you want or expect him to do...he is actually planning to do the opposite.

WTF are you saying?
What campaign promise? Joe won't commit either way.

It depends on Congress.

It depends on if possible President Harris will request the expansion of the court and then you have to go by what is required to expand the court and if Harris and Democrats have the votes to get it done...

Like Statehood for D.C. and P.R. the expansion of the court is not happening and just pure nonsense to get the base to vote!

Wrong.
Harry Reid changed the rule for all senate confirmations.

He doesn't know what it is.

Only in the twisted mind of leftists is appointing a justice that adheres to the law creating a political imbalance on the court.

Harry Reid changed the rule , not about supreme court justices,

why due to the fact that since the republicans got control of the Senate they filibustered every nomination.
