The "WAR POWERS RESOLUTION" has passed.

It excited the Democrats media all over the country. Will the resolution pass in the Senate? I do not believe it has a chance. Then should the senate agree, will Trump veto it? Sure, he will.

The War Powers Resolution is pure political posturing. It's nothing new and has been routinely ignored by previous administrations:

Presidents regularly sidestep the 60-day limit by arguing that certain military engagements do not constitute "hostilities," or by relying on alternative legal justifications like broad authorizations passed for previous conflicts (e.g., the 2001 or 2002 AUMF

For that matter, there's the question of he constitutionality of the War Powers Act itself.
Congress has the power to declare war.
Congress does not have the power to order the President to do anything with the military, including the cessation of hostilities.

Trump will take any such resolution to court and the SC will rule.

I suspect that he will simply ignore any such Resolution if it passes in the Senate. He doesn’t need to ask the SCOTUS to rule on whether a mere Resolution has any legitimacy.

The usual suspects might then the courts to compel him to “bend the knee.” But although some random U.S. District Court Judge might rule against the President’s position, in the end, SCOTUS will just *****-slap any such “ruling” from any lower court or courts.

The nation of Iran is run by Islamic religious fanatics. One thing religious fanatics have in common, despite the religion, is that they would rather die than give up their power of the people. No matter what "deal" the religious leaders agree to, they will work hard to undermine it and obtain nukes to give to terrorist proxies.
As to the current war. Trump should not stop it. Period. Keep hammering them until only the anti-religious fanatics can take over. He should warn China and Russia about shipping weapons to Iran and let them know any Chinese or Russian aircraft or vehicles entering Iran are targets.
