I agree that states like Texas, with Paxton, went too far with the threats, and I agree that it needs to be dealt with, but that’s on a state by state basis.

You don’t thumb your nose at the cotus, you fix the problems in the state.

I’d start by suing Ken Paxton for his threats, Texas has a law that states they can abort for the life of the mother.

Also, I’d probably look at the doctors a little bit. Sure, they are in fear of prosecution and their livelyhood, but, when you have a patient under your care who is at risk of death, and you let it happen, that’s on you.

You do what is right, you adhere to the Hippocratic oath, and you do what you have to to save the mother. You deal with the consequences and the lawsuits later, which you will win because, again, the law is on your side.

Then, you sue the shit out of Paxton for making things like this.

What you don’t do is let someone die.
