The video I just saw from the trial of the Floyd incident with the audio of the crowd around looked pretty bad

There is no reason to think Chauvin denigrated Floyd in any way.

OK. I think you are sincere in your beliefs. So you be you.

For me though, ...well, I have watched the video several times and for my own very narrow personal belief, I perceive that Chauvin is not scared, is not fearing for his life. He is, in fact, appearing rather insouciant about kneeling on the neck of a man who is begging for his life. And maintaining that rather unagitated unfearful pose for, what?......nearly 10 minutes?..... with about half of those minutes after the handcuffed man has stopped moving or talking. And is probably dead.

So, for me, your description of not 'denigrating Floyd' seems, well, it seems somewhat problematic.

But that's just me.

Why is it that all the LE Officers and EMTs who testified are saying just the opposite of the bullshit you are babbling about.

Intriguing question. Maybe the IRS should see if they received payments from George Soros LLC? The crazy Fire Dept. ghetto girl who distracted the cops and is therefore partly responsible, and the two other EMT's seemed somewhat inexperienced. Back when the TV show Cops was on, one of the first things they would do with an unresponsive patient in a ghetto area known for Opiods is administer Narcan. Then again Floyd was also on Meth and that also causes cardiac arrest. The rapper DMX is unfortunately a victim of an overdose recently. Can't find if it was Fent, Meth or a "Speedball" which is both together which is what killed Floyd.

I saw Chauvin holding a crazy man down because that crazy man was refusing to comply and was injuring himself as well as putting several officers in danger with his drug induced fit. I don't think Chauvin knew Floyd was drugged and had a medical heart condition. Tragic, yes but premeditated murder? Ahh no. I bet he has seen his share of drugged out mega-thugs and it's well known that these crazed 200+pounders can fight off several officers and even not be stopped with a taser. I would bet Chauvin thought that a knee to the neck would not kill him but imobilize him until the ambulance they called arrived. Bad decision? In hindsight probably but you have absolutely no basis to think Chauvin meant any harm or cared any less for the guy under his knee just because he (Chauvin) showed no signs of fright. You do know that in a confrontational situation with a perp, fright can kill you? Officers are trained to put their fears aside and often run TO danger in their line of duty.

Leo123, interesting point about the fact the cops did not use a taser when they could have while Floyd was resisting arrest. That might be considered excessive force, but what if the cops called to the scene were women who had zero chance to restrain the 6' 6" Floyd without using a taser? And as you alluded to, sometimes a taser actually energizes a perp to increase the "excited delirium" they experienced when they are high on opiods/meth/PCP, etc.. Also of interest is rapper DMX actually had his life saved by EMTs because the administered Narcan when he overdosed back in 2016. The defense needs to ask that question repeatedly in regards to the EMTs.

Yes, thanks for that. It just seems that some folks view everything through a racist lens and they are pumped so full of hatred for law enforcement they refuse to look at both sides such as the former poster who seemed myopically focused on the PIX of Chauvin's knee on Floyd's neck while refusing to take into account the events that led up to that and Mr. Floyd's obviously drug induced delirium which contributed to his own demise.

I guess I see the whole incident as a horrible tragedy.....They (the left, MSM and Democrats and BLM) see it as 'White Supremacy" because everything they see is through a racist lens focused on a fallacy that gives them power.

The excuses are flowing, it is amazing how folks like you know more than the folks who were actually on the scene. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out a man can't breath. The drugs is just a lame ass excuse to change the narrative on what happened.

Tragic, yes but premeditated murder? Ahh no.
That is, imo, a strawman.
There is no '1st degree' murder charge being contemplated.

(Chauvin) showed no signs of fright.

As the longest serving Minneapolis policeman on the force noted in his testimony........the excessive force was only warranted if the officers felt their lives were endangered. And, in that officer's expert opinion, Floyd was no longer a threat. And had quit being so early in that nearly 10-minute episode of the knee-on-the-neck.

Personally, I'll lean towards the analysis of Detective Zimmerman.

Ummm, nope.

What is being refused to be accounted for is the nearly 10-minutes of the knee-on-the-neck with approximately 5 minutes of the cessation of movement and breathing that preceded that "PIX".

Chauvin had plenty of opportunity to back off. To shift his pressure point. He refused to do so.
In my opinion, he is guilty of homicide. We will see if the jury validate my opinion and what flavor of homicide they'll determine it to be.

This entire court proceedings is all a stage performance. And how many times these people were caught staging incidents and caught lying. That there are some conservatives still believes these fools.
George Floyd isn't dead or was never killed. And all of those that are going along with this lie are a part of the Global cabal.
And this hearing is just another one of their soap operas acts. And all of the players in it are reading from a script or improvising like what most soap opera stars does.

Sure, let's go with that.
And did Marjorie's Yiddish Space Lasers have a role to play in getting the Zags into the Final Four?

I don't keep up with these soap operas. But all I do know is that these characters are real actors that has phony names.

IMO Chauvin had no way of knowing Floyd was so compromised by his drug overdose. Was/is Chauvin racist and/or uncaring...No. The verdict is going to come down to a matter of opinion and with most folks myopically focusing on the 'knee on the neck' , 'White Privilege' and completely disregarding the facts that led up to that scene, like you have done, Chauvin was and will never be considered innocent unless proven guilty. You, for instance, have already hung the poor guy.

one thing i know: Floyd would still be alive if i was there!

It is extremely obvious it was a speedball overdose even without the toxicology report which confirmed it. There are video that show the exact same pattern of events as the Floyd arrest. The difference being, they were administered Narcan.

An important question is why didn't African American Police Chief Medaria Arrdondo equip the police and EMT with doses of Narcan since opiod overdoses are so common?

Do your homework Superbadbrutha, it was the speedball, not the knee!

One witness refused to testify. Maybe that's the drug dealer girlfriend was talking about.

Rapper DMX is dying of what killed Floyd.

Indeed Morries Lester Hall who was the passenger in the front seat of the Mercedes SUV George Floyd somehow got a hold of claime he will plead the Fifth. So basically one of the most relevant witnesses in the trial of the century, George Floyd's drug dealer, ain't snitchin.' Morries Hall gave cops a fake name at the scene and had outstanding warrants for felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession.

Thanks for that.

The argument appears to be that Floyd was on drugs and was going to die anyway.

Millions of people are on drugs who do not die suddenly and within seven minutes of being breathing walking talking and alive.

Its not a coincidence that just happened to occur at this moment in time caught on video.

He could not say “I HAVE NO PULSE”

Of course, lots of people on drugs DO die suddenly and within minutes of being breathing, walking, talking, and alive. You're basically saying, "Not everyone dies of an overdose, therefore NO ONE dies of an overdose."

Which is exactly the level of intelligence I would expect from you, and if you were a person, you would be ashamed.

What’s the statistics of people dying of an overdose within six minutes of being alive breathing and talking while simultaneously having three police officers on top of them and one of them doing this for over nine minutes without letting him up to breathe.

I was saying that and I meant it.

I was not basically saying this at all: Pence "Not everyone dies of an overdose, therefore NO ONE dies of an overdose."

Are yuh dense?
