The value of the US dollar, in the global market, is plummeting under Trump

I taught he wanted a $250 bill for some stupid reason.
There have been other denomination ideas kicked around. $500 was first, and the one that I can most honor Him with. Not wanting to move to CECOT and all.

That's the objective. Get the dollar lower which encourages foreign investment in the U.S and purchasing of U.S exports since via currency exchange foreign dollars buy more.

It is essentially a tax on the wealthiest Americans who like to invest outside the U.S go on vacations elsewhere etc. They've have a good run, Trump is bringing back the Middle Class, bringing back the 80s of Americas power

You are an intellectual idiot. Here, I'll help. Do some research, just start with Brics.
You mean BRICS. What does that have to do with my post on the value of the dollar in the USA. Exporters benefit from exporting to those countries when the dollar is low. I don't think you know what you are talking about.

Honestly, I'm just answering the title of your thread. I have no time to read every single anti. Trump, rant, that's posted.

If trump being the president is truly an emergency, then your party should be pulling out all the stops to win 2028.

Realizing that trump won't be running so all the ranting in the world won't help with that, what is the plan?

You do not know wht you are talking about. A weak dollar hurts those with less money the most. It increases the cost of goods. Inflation hurts those with less money the most. People who like to invest outside the USA, after the dollar declines their investments outside the USA are worth more. When the dollar is down, they do not invest. International vacations are more expensive for all. It barely effects the rich.

Where did you come up with your bullshit analysis

I don't care what you think, all you can do is blame Rump. Start with Brics then get a book called Tragedy and Hope 101. You can thank me later. As for Brics can you tell me what it's about? What happens when we print money?

You are trying to attract external investment and jobs. What does someone who is unemployed and broke care about investing outside the U,S? They want to have a job and raise a family.

Some of you need to stop drinking the kool-aid taught in business school and Wall Street media and think beyond your personal circumstances.

Funny, purposely devaluing your currency has always been a complaint of the US. When other countries do it, well it is "unfair". Now we are doing it. Sad.

No, America is NOT manipulating the dollar, you leave it to market forces to decide. That is diametrically opposed to the manner in which China controls their currency. If it were allowed to float it would be 3x the value it is today, perhaps higher. They have more manufacturing than anywhere on earth, yet, their dollar remains suppressed. It defies logic.

Yet another liberal lie thread.
The dollar rose significantly from 2021-23 due to lowered interest rates and foreign economic conditions caused a lot of foreign investors to buy the more stable dollar.
The recent minor falls (plummeting my ass) is not uncommon. Over the years there have been at least a dozen such ups and down in the past 20 years alone.

More liberal sky is falling and I hate the Orange man lies.
