I am not moving the goalpost. Your premise appears to be a faulty one to me and I am under no obligation to just pretend it isn't. If this is a true trade war, the Orange one would not have flip flopped so much out of the gate, and he wouldn't have given china so many work arounds by simply shipping through another country.
