Chalk it up to stemmed illegal immigration. The old two-party system is over largely due to tolerating and at times even encouraging the refuse of the 3rd-world to change the country for the worse turning it into a veritable shithole. One Brit posted that the U.K are hoping Nigel is like the "Trump of old". They want the more libertarian leadership Trump seemed to be.

Like Canada, in the U.K, only big government has been approved. Nigel may provide an alternative. Libertarianism is why America became so strong and it lasted essentially until the 1990s.

The only trouble is, the Tories never fully got out of the EU, and Labour love the EU. So in order for any UK government to achieve anything, they need to get the UK out of the European Court of Human Rights. Once that is done, it's a case of producing a Bill of Rights again for the British. Then simply pick up all the illegal scum and asylum seekers, and boot them out.
