There are, however, records of Jewish organizations buying large tracts of land from wealthy Arab families. Similarly, there are no records of Jews trying to ethnically cleanse Arabs from the region, but there are abundant records of Arabs trying to ethnically cleanse Jewish communities from the region, many of these Jewish communities dated back to biblical times, before there were any Muslims in Palestine.

Works on the assumption that the Ottomans were the "Onwers" and not the "Rulers". There's a difference.

The problem with your analogy is that the British got the Arabs to fight the Ottomans by promsing them independence, a promise they almost immediately tried to screw them on. They didn't defeat the Ottomans; the Arabs did in the Arab Revolt instigated by T.E. Lawrence. Instead of fulfilling their promises, the British and French immediately began carving up the place for their own interests.

The Jews were colonists by proxy that was the thing. The British didn't want to settle Palestine themselves, just control it. So they did this by transplanting Europe's Jews into Palestine.

The only reason why the rest of the world went along with it was because they felt bad about the Holocaust. So a better analogy would be "I feel bad about slavery, I'm going to give your house to a deserving black family".

Jews stopped being the majority in Palestine in the fourth century (when most of the residents converted to Christianity) and they didn't become a majority again until the foundation of the Zionist Entity. (And even then, only because of various schemes the use to disenfranchise Palestinians.

The reason why the Zionists want a "Two-State" solution is that it would validate their initial theft. IN a one state solution, every Arab gets to vote, maybe some of them get to come back from exile, and Jews would be in the majority, or at least not able to form governments. (They can barely form stable governments now, which is why Bibi is keeping the war going so he doesn't have to hold elections.)
