Here's an interesting excerpt:

Cheap, relatively clean, ayatollah-free energy, enormous investments in real capital and infrastructure, thousands of new jobs for blue-collar workers and Ph.D.s alike, Americans engineering something other than financial derivatives — who could not love all that?

And, if you bother to read the entire article, you will see how the effort to frighten people with pictures of tap water on fire is so much hokum. Another effort to hide the truth and play the so-called “Save the Planet” wild card.

Illinois is being held hostage by the extreme enviro-whack propagandists. HVHF will never got off the ground, unfortunately. In the meantime, DNR is dragging its ass writing the actual rules and enforcement policy required by the recently-enacted legislation that created the bill in the first place.

Consider Western Europe. They have just as much gas underground as we do, and they refuse even to consider this technology because of the political power of the "greens." So they let Russia lead them around by the private parts.

God save us from those would would save the Earth.
