Tyresse Minter, the stepfather who was freed without bail after allegedly strangling his 15-year-old stepson to death earlier this year was rearrested on Thursday.
Yep, a different borough and he was released by a judge notorious for going easy on violent felons.
Fortunately, NY state authorities nabbed him on a warrant and he is behind bars.
