The TEMPORARY ban on the the TEMPORARY travel ban was issued because the State of Minnesota appeal to the Federal Court that the travel ban would have an unfair impact on their state.

THE COURT INJUNCTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRUMP'S AUTHORITY TO ISSUE THE BAN.
