I may be a 6 sigma. I can't be objective about it.
But I've been compulsively preoccupied with women's breast's my entire life.

I used to try to figure out how to get my babysitters naked.

I turned 60 last year.
I suspect testicular atrophy has helped drive my testosterone level down closer to normal range.
But even so, at my age; it's still a compulsion.

Maybe normal people just shrug it off.
And I might be able to do so too:
- look away
- walk away
- grab a cab
- move to Neptune
- WHATEVER !!!

But that's a pretty flaky "Plan-A".

I'm all for equal rights!

But I'd be lying if I pretended nothing ever has any consequence.

All the people you hear say they don't want to see nudity because of all the imperfect bodies out there are expressing prudishness fueled by their porn addled brains.

I don't think that's always the case. Sometimes, sure, but not every time.
I think it's more a case of aesthetics than prudishness. People generally don't want to look at what they feel is unattractive.
I wouldn't mind "copious amounts of public nudity", as you put it, but I would like for the numbers to be a bit more balanced across the attractiveness scale. As I wrote earlier, the local law classifying female toplessness as public indecency was repealed a few years ago. Unfortunately, very few females even close to being considered as average have availed themselves of the privilege.

I think you would have been a lot less obsessed with women's breasts if they weren't so inaccessible, the same with most men. Our home is clothing-optional, so I get to see my wife's stunning rack on a more regular basis than most husbands. It's had a calming effect on me because I wasn't raised naked like she was and I too was enraptured by female breasts. I got 3 sons who are also seeing this on a regular basis and will be spared the angst I went through because they will be thoroughly accustomed to seeing it.

I think the answer is to start young like we have. In our home, the human body is on open display and nobody is pressured to wear clothes or not wear clothes. I believe my kids will grow up with a healthier and more relaxed attitude toward the opposite sex than you and I did.

I thought that would describe nearly every normal, hetero male on the planet, even though it may be deep down and the person might not be willing to acknowledge the fact.

Obsessed is not natural. It's a symptom of unnatural deprivation of the sensory delight that is the female mammary tandem. Boys should see their mothers and sisters topless on a regular basis. They will become jaded and see it isn't such a big deal after all. My oldest is 12, entering puberty, and we're already seeing every indication he has a healthy, balanced view on women's bodies and does not objectify them like our porn/prude society does.
