This is some story.
A true story about a master class "love swindler", that seduces women out of their money at a level no one has ever seen. All over the world. $Millions a year. And - no one can really do anything about it. I can't say why without spoilers.

The women in the trailer are older but not bad looking so it must be that they were trying to get their hooks into a rich guy while they still had their looks and it backfired on them.....Oh well.

Swindling money out of women via online dating apps is nothing new.
But the level this man does it is off the charts.
He has employees, partners that does ground work. They create elaborate fake scenes, very well done fake photography - and on and on.

Anything worth doing is worth doing right. ;)

There was a show about con artists for about a season and a half.
I remember the 1st thing was he'd get cups from fast food restaurants, keep them in his trunk, and just go in and get sodas from their fountains.

The opposite version of this is the "lonely hearts" swindle women do to lonely men.

As this man shows, it is not only easy to do... but when done right - it is actually not illegal.
It is not against the law to fake loving someone.
No laws against asking for money.
No laws against spending that money however you want.
And no laws saying you have to repay money someone gave you of their own freewill, even if you fake a relationship with them.

To a certain point. The problem is people like this are often greedy, and start crossing lines into illegality.

Which is why this man in the documentary was able to get away with so much.
He was very careful to never use the word "borrow" -- can be shown to be a verbal contract
Never actually said he would pay it back with money.
Did use words like "do me a favor" "I need your help" etc.
He took this common swindle, and literally turned it into a $multimilllion business.
