After Muellers congressional testimony, it you think he wrote that report you're delusional. Citations in the report were to non-applicable laws, exculpatory information was withheld, the report reflects the skewed legal reasoning of Weisman, not Mueller. VOL II violated DOJ policies and should have never been released. Personally I think Barr should be fired for releasing it, he did the same thing Comey got fired for.

But that aside, Barr, Rosenstein and the DOJ counsel looked at the assertions in the report along with the citations and found no actionable obstruction, the opinion of the OLC not withstanding.
