Rothelesberger won because he could shift around in the pocket very well. He was a rarity. He was a ballet dancer with size.

The NFL kind of has to embrace DEI, but not on the field. They have embraced it in the coaching ranks and the referees, with women in many positions now. It was a little odd seeing a woman as a running backs coach for the Bears on Hard Knocks.

The great irony in politics is that those who hate DEI so much are vaulting a black woman into the White House by the divisive, hateful rhetoric coming from their candidate.
