McCarthy has accurately pointed out that Biden is a Manchurian Candidate (according to the FBI, DHS, & Treasury Departments), that Pelosi is keeping a CCP espionage facilitator on the House Intel Committee (according to Pelosi), and that election fraud did occur (something admitted by both Democrats and the USSC).
After the capitol Riot McCarthy also saw / sees that the Democrats - despite Biden publicly declaring he wants to eliminate division and unite the country - have no desire or intention of uniting the country. Pelosi has her foot on the 'GAS' pedal of Impeachment after admitting this is all about eliminating Trump as a 2024/future political threat, not about the false claim he is a threat to the NATION.
The entire nation has witnessed the treasonous, party-1st Democrats' crimes for 4 years and have seen everything McCarthy has seen and spoke out against.
McCarthy also sees Socialist Democrats are seeking to PURGE and PUNISH Conservatives and Trump supporters.
