The Silliness of the MAGA Arguments

Not if the border is closed.

Yes, even then. They go over, around, and under the fence to get to their jobs.

They get caught a second time, they go to prison and then deported.

You aren't going to fund all those jails but then again, making excuses for the businesses committing felonies.

When they come back after being deported, the aliens are committing a felony.

That's right but in my view, if one can break the law with impunity, all can.

But I advocate for strong laws and solid enforcement against employers using illegal alien employees.

Let me know when that happens, or anyone even brings it up.

Why not?
but then again, making excuses for the businesses committing felonies.
No excuses. Prosecute the businesses too. Chew gum and walk.

Do you forget the workplace ICE raids conducted under Trump where the Democrats went apeshit?

LOL. OK.

When we start prosecuting businesses, I'll be more concerned over those coming for the jobs.

Ever hear the perfectly valid expression: “two wrongs don’t make a right?”
Let me know when that happens, or anyone even brings it up.
It happens already. Perhaps not as much as you or I might think necessary.

For example: a very quick search on Duck Duck Go revealed

I am quite sure that 11 prosecutions of employers in one year (c. 2019) will yield ridicule from you. And that’s fine.

I agree enforcement should be massively ramped up. Maybe if we stopped sending billions of taxpayer dollars to places like Ukraine, the money could be spent on criminally prosecuting the lawbreaking employers who willfully hire illegal aliens.

Yes, it make me ridicule our justice system where hiring illegal employee's are concerned.

only 11 individuals (and no companies) were prosecuted in just seven cases,

This despite the fact that millions are employed here illegally.

Illegal this and illegal that is your complaint outside of business illegally hiring people.

Coming here illegally is a misdemeanor. Hiring an illegal is a felony.
(A)Any person who—
(i)

(B) A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—

A whole 300. Wow. Earth shaking.

The person who got the most votes of the people who voted in the state? Funny because that has been the way it’s worked long before the blob showed up and will continue to work long after the blob oozes off the public stage.
The denial continues. Ho hum.

I’m an American. The democratic party looks good right now only because the GOP looks so bad 24/7.
Here's what "looks good" to Democrat wackadoodles >>

They come here for goodies$$ (NOT JOBS) promised by Democrats, and are brought in for VOTES

Not much need to. Aliens here for jobs is just one small, minor aspect among many.

US Vested Interests for Illegal Immigration

1. Businesses wanting cheap labor to boost their profits.

2. Churches wanting parishoners to fill their empty pews.

3. Unions wanting members to replace their declining memberships.

4. Spanish media NEEDING Spanish-only speakers.

5. Ethnocentrist organizations wanting immigrants to multiply their race, for racist reasons (ex. La Raza- "the race")

6. Democrats seek VOTES (and get them).

7. Terrorists come in to enact terrorism (ex. the 9-11 hijackers came in on visas)

8. Anchor baby parents who become LEGALLY entitled to welfare benefits by having the pregnant woman give birth on the American side of the border. And then help themselves to a lifetime of benefits (more immigrants are receiving welfare benefits than native-born Americans).

9. Mexico - remittances$$$ from the USA are their second largest source of income (second only to their oil exports) Mexico also benefits immensely by dumping their poor people on the US, as we then stupidly pay their poverty bill for them. Other countries also benefit from remittances and poverty dumping.

10. Mexico's "Reconquista" of the American southwest. I take the Mexican govt at it's word when it says that is exactly its plan.

You don't seem to know much about this subject. Try watching Newsmax.

Read the replies.
No no. Your “replies” are kind of just vapid.

It’s like you think you’re making a point but never manage to connect various premises together.

And that’s ok. You are free to be pointless.

In the meanwhile, of course, the actual problem is much more complex than you seem to recognize or acknowledge.

These problems are hardly insurmountable. But it would require that we attend to them with seriously focused remedial legislation.

I don’t see any Democrat even pretending they are willing to do any such things.
