if you demand that the ten commandments be displayed in the courthouse - at taxpayer's expense...if you demand that the nativity scene be displayed on the front lawn of the publicly funding town hall.... if you demand that school children put on a christmas pageant during school hours on school property...then yes, you are cramming christianity down people's throats.
whose throats? the majority of citizens who are PAYING for these things? or the whiny 3% who whine every chance they get to attack freedom of religion in America? if they want to put up their form or non-form of religious expression in the public square they can....but they'd rather whine.
And like I said...I am very religious... I am the lay reader tomorrow morning and the deacon in charge.... but I do not find my faith threatened in any way by those people who would ask that MY faith not be plastered all over public life.
well, you can worship in the dark if you like. there are others in this country who wish to express themselves occasionally.
In answer to your question: entitled to get EQUAL STUFF in life? of course not. God created us equal in His sight. That does not make us the same. Some of us have greater skills and talents than others...to some much is given and much is expected.
And so you expect the rich to give to the poor? and if they don't, force them?
