It is not reasonable to assume that the People of Gaza who provide material support to a designated terrorist organization that opens hostilities (eg HAMAS firing rockets and mortars, infiltrations and kidnappings, armed attacks, etc, into the sovereignty of another nation --- Israel) can then not expect some consequence for their action. As HM King Abdullah has said, the conflict in "Gaza a “collective massacre” caused by Hamas."

During the mandate period both the Jews and the Arabs were actually 'terrorizing' each other and the British. The Jews did have the Irgun, the Palmach, and the Hagannah. The Arabs were not organized enough yet to have any 'names' that we know now for their groups at the time. However, when Israel decided to form a state, the Irgun, the Palmach, and the Hagannah were rolled up into the IDF, etc. Later after the Arabs realized how their lack of organizational skills left them lacking, they still formed separate 'groups'; none of which could agree then, nor can they agree now.

If Hamas, Fatah, the Islamic whatever and all the other 'factions' would agree to combine and sit down at the table and form a nation that could be dealt with on the world stage . . . . .
