The reason rich people get richer is because they got to that point where, instead of working for their money, their money works for them.

If you have millions, the interest alone makes you wealthier. Those who invest wisely will increase their net worth every day with little or no effort.

If you don't have money in a savings account or invested and merely living paycheck to paycheck, like millions of other people, you aren't increasing your net worth, you are just staying afloat.

Most of the middle class these days is living from one paycheck to the next. Businesses are barely staying afloat and it hasn't improved for many. Average income is down.

What hasn't happened is Obama going after the wealthy to make them pay their "fair share" and returning the wealth to it's rightful owners, whoever they may be.

Middle class takes one hit after another with this regime and the wealthy survive, like they always have and always will. I don't care how rich people are. I do care that the current administration keeps telling people he wants to go after the wealthy, then goes after middle class. It's all rhetoric and designed to keep the angry people supporting him. Nothing has improved for the middle class in the last 5 years, in fact the burden we carry grew heavier than ever before.
