Actually raw sewage is a local issue. He should have contacted the local "Sewage Enforcement Officer" whose job it is to keep raw sewage out of the waters.

The "snail darter", a tiny fish stopped a big dam project in the 1970s:
"Congress later exempted the dam from the law to allow the project to be completed. However, the TVA worked to transplant the snail darter to other rivers and streams.
Federal officials say the TVA also worked to improve water flows and increase oxygen in more than 300 miles of river downstream from their dams. These steps helped boost the fish's recovery, allowing the snail darter to recolonize in Tennessee waterways. Its population has since been expanded to Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi."

8. Using unelected bureaucrats…..especially judges…..has enabled Progressives/Democrat to curtail the wishes of American voters, and even the Constitution.

The only reason Trump was elected in 2016 was a colossal miscalculation by the Democrats as to how many votes had to be manufactured for Hillary Clinton. Democrat precincts regularly report more votes than registered voters, but it wasn't enough in that instance.

White House economic adviser Brian Deese suggested the pain at the pump was a price Americans had to pay for the "future of the liberal world order," in a CNN interview on Thursday.
Blackwell asked Deese how the White House would respond to Americans worried that they won't be able to survive paying close to or over $5 a gallon, potentially for "years" to come.
