We pay our representatives in Congress to devise a tax system that promotes the best interests of the country. When a corporation avails itself of the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code, that is a GOOD THING. We have, through our elected representatives, made these policy choices and we shall live with them.

Anyone claiming that a corporation doing this sort of thing is not "paying its fair share" is a moron. The corporation would be violating its obligations to its stakeholders to do otherwise.
