Zone1 The reality for police officers. At a moments notice they can be shot and killed by a random criminal.

Its funny how these Ghetto women scream about "Defunding the Police" BUT when these idiots have a problem, the police are the first thing they call.

Possible solution : Tax people that WANT POLICE PROTECTION and those that dont want police protection do not pay the tax BUT they dont get any service either. " Sorry mam but your not a subscriber" good luck.

One major problem in the USA is that you can espouse insane ideas such as Defunding police or legalizing various crimes and not face any consequences. Most of the people spewing such ideas are either RICH and live in safe areas OR they are low life and are too stupid to understand what they are calling for.

Leftists say that cops have " Easy:" jobs and they would be right, because Leftists live in NICE AND SAFE AREAS where there is no crime. These mentally ill people RUN from the problems they create, thus destroying nice areas with their insane Utopian ideas . Then when "DIVERSITY" moves in by them,,their homes go up for sale the next day.
Cops that have to work in "Working Class" areas have it rough, they are always getting into physical fights with retards or chasing an AMISH youth through a city going over 100 mph.
Given how the left wants to emasculate the police, subscription private “guard” services are a likely response. After all, if I remember correctly that’s how policing was done before the idea of public ally funded police came along in the eighteenth century.

I checked a few lists of the most dangerous jobs. Cop is absent from most. This list has cop at #19 and security guard at #3, for less money, less power, less everything.

Bodycam: Trooper Shot & Killed, Patrol Car Stolen With Him Inside. Suspect Gets Shot By Deputies.

There it is this state trooper pulled over to help out what he thought was a man in need. And all of a sudden, the suspect blew his brains out.

To think of the anti police attitude we have in the media. Sure there’s a few bad cops. Everyone knows there’s a few bad construction workers, there’s a few bad teachers in positions of power in positions of being in front of or presiding over children…. and there’s a few bad teachers does that mean you need some kind of a teachers reformation? No, it doesn’t for chrissake. There’s always gonna be bad eggs in every profession.

And to think of people who have no clue what they’re talking about complain about police officers… who think it’s cool to talk back to cops. Do not listen to a police officers rightful orders. Who call police officers “Nazis”. And they’re gonna continue to do it. They don’t give a darn about videos like the above and the proof that in America you have drug dealers and criminals armed to the teeth.

But this doesn't happen in Europe. Why not?

You brought up prohibition kind of out of nowhere. I responded to it. And in light of what you said, my points still stand. No offense is taken.

The biggest point is the criminals will continue to have guns in American Society, regardless of what drug laws are upheld or repealed… cops have to face that danger at a moments notice they can get shot just like the video in the original post shows us. Gangs don’t just engage in violence based on the drug trade. The thug in the op video was a thug, prohibition or drug laws had nothing to do with him shooting the cop.

Cops have one of the most dangerous if not the most dangerous job in the entire country.
I've never been in a gang, and I'm sure you have not either. So I am very curious, but will never find out, just how much of any gang's annual income is derived from drug sales. I suspect it's a significant amount.

Prohibition is what allows/enables drugs to be sold on the street by dealers and gang members. Don't know about you, but I would rather those drugs be sold by pharmacists and other licensed and tax paying entities instead of gun-toting teenagers. Prior to the Harrison Act of 1914 such drugs were sold by pharmacists. The Harrison Act created the black market by way of prohibition.

If Harrison had not been passed, there would be no need for police officers to be involved in the drug selling business. If it were repealed to the way it was before, the black market in drugs would vanish.
