Comfortable and hides well under sweatshirt. Rides high enough so no binding if I bend over. Tight fit in holster as well, no chance of gun accidently falling out.

I have to admit that I don't carry a knife and usually only CC when I'm travelling (or going to Walmart).

I have to admit to having had a beer and cold pizza for breakfast (of course it was noon when I finally got up).

I had a co-worker who drank a 2-litre Pepsi every day. He did not like coffee and said it was not much difference.

My current "break-fast" is green juice made with broccoli micro greens, spinach, cucumber and half a lemon.
It's my anti-inflamation drink. No real breakfast
