Like January 6th itself, the reporting of Ray Epps' connections with that infamous date have taken on an unreal aspect to fit the Leftist Narrative (so what else is new?). The linked report states that, "Prosecutors say Epps encouraged the mob to storm the Capitol." This is like saying, "Some observers believe that the sun rises in the East."

EVERYONE IN AMERICA SAW RAY EPPS encouraging the J5 and J6 mobs to breach the Capitol! With a fucking MEGAPHONE! This is not a prosecutor's theory. He did it, for all the world to see. And while people were being held incommunicado for YEARS just for being there, this clown was enjoying his retirement in Arizona, unaffected by any of the legal goings on in the District of Columbia.

The Late Tucker Carlson repeatedly showed the tapes of Epps actions, pointing them out and noting that the Justice Department's ignoring him was almost inexplicable for any reason other than that he was a government "plant," or possibly even a paid actor. Carlson never claimed to know that; he merely stated the obvious. If a videotape shows someone participating in a bank robbery but that person is never prosecuted, it stands to reason that the person was an informant. (Accordingly, Epps' defamation suit is going nowhere. You read it here first).

Books will be written detailing the Justice Department's misdeeds in connection with January 6th...the aggressive prosecution of innocent observers and curious onlookers, the flouting of the Constitution's speedy trial guarantee, the participation of government operatives from various agencies, and so on. Epps will warrant his own chapter. Maybe he didn't deserve to be hounded from his peaceful retirement home, but one year of unsupervised "probation" is a sick joke when compared to the severe sentences meted out to much less culpable individuals than Epps.

The Late Tucker Carlson
he died?

The average sentence for all of the insurrectionists was 60 days in jail. Of the 1,000 or so arrested, about a quarter received no jail time at all.

Fed.

I don't believe Epps was a former oath keepers member. I don't believe anything they're saying. He was an obvious instigator but for some reason, they first resisted to arrest him and then let him slide on his sentence. You'll never get me to believe he isn't a government asset. MAGA

Who has been held for years by just being their?

Do.you disagree with the charges for Ray Epps?

If so,.what additional charges would want added?

Dude you are getting Ray Epps mixed up with Scaffold Commander, still not identified by the FBI despite clear face shots and not on the FBI Most Wanted list. Which tells you he is a Fed. Ray Epps never used a bullhorn. That was SC on the media tower.

Anyway it is good people are finally talking about Scaffold Commander. He is the key. Find SC, and you bust open the whole fedsurrection.

No. It says he is unidentified.

You are assuming.

If he was FBI, it would be relatively simple to identify due to relatively low sample pool.

Why? We don't know he is.

Most likely he is just one of many traitors who attacked the captial.
