Global Warming is the biggest Hoax ever. These GOVT clowns could not slow or speed AVG global temperature(s) if they had unlimited 100TW space heaters running 24-7. Chancy would not know Solar from shinola w/o a script to read on CNN.

They should worry about routing flood waters to the SW desert or someting like that? Or allow private industry to do more.
