The fact is, the proud boys are violent, they did not originate in Portland Oregon. They originated on the east coast, I think NYC.

Ten of them were arrested and charged with crimes from a confrontation the proud boys caused in NYC. Two of them were found guilty of attempted gang assault, attempted assault and riot. Seven of them plead guilty without a trial. One more is still awaiting trial as of last year.
