I don't believe this is his desire and with Trump in power now, there will be pressure on Israel to basically "move on" in exchange for some peace even if it were true.
Bibi is the leader of Israel he isn't the leader of Judaism. There is a difference.
As such, he will have to decide what he wants to represent and there are enough practicing Jews to hold him to account and to seek the light instead of darkness, no matter how long he delays.
It would be far better for him to admit any faults and seek forgiveness than to pursue another path. This is necessary in the Torah. If he asks those he has wronged for forgiveness, they will decide if he should be.
If he hasn't done anything wrong, or, it is far less a violation than his adversaries suggest, he should answer the bell. Ultimately though, he would be making it far worse to use war as a distraction from any perceived responsibility for wrongs and I don't follow their politics too much there to know one way or another if he is guilty of any wrongdoing.
Repeat, it is far, far worse to use war as a distraction. Both for his country and his soul. With Trump as president, a peace seeker, Bibi would be better served to make peace and try and seek a remedy since he at least has an ally in the U.S at the moment.
