The President has the authority to temporarily defer spending under the 'Impoundment Control Act' (ICA). Which is what Trump's order did.

Only Congress can overturn a temporary deferral, per ICA. The judge is out of bounds. Seems she is an insurrectionist.

The ICA established an orderly process by which the president could withhold funds either by temporarily deferring the spending ...

  • Deferrals: A deferral is a temporary delay in spending certain funds with the intent to spend them before their expiration. The mechanism was designed to provide for contingencies, savings (e.g., pending completion of internal reviews of planned investments to ensure efficient allocation of resources), or when specified by law . OMB oversees deferrals through the apportionment process, and although they can take effect without congressional approval, they can be overturned by Congress. Deferrals are administrative procedures designed to have no specific policy implications. For example, certain disaster funding may be deferred and spent as needed throughout a given fiscal year in response to emergencies like hurricanes.

During Trumps 1st term the USSC ruled that the judges had no authority to stop or delay presidential orders and the MUST STOP doing so!

Now it's past time for these rogue leftist judges to FACE SOME FUCKING CONSEQUENCES!

Wrong. Trump can't freeze any funding already appropriated by Congress.

Try reading next time. The law I cited, the Impoundment Control Act (ICA), says a President can order a temporary delay.

Trump ordered internal reviews.

What did the Impoundment Control Act do?

"The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 was passed in the aftermath of the Watergate scandal and significantly constrained the President's ability to impound funds, marking a fundamental shift in the separation of powers."

Defending crooks: "The Impoundment Control Act is a Watergate-era relic of misguided overreach," said Senator Lee.
