Foreign nationals in foreign countries do not have U.S. constitutional rights.
I am not sure why this is difficult for the left to understand.
Does the 2nd ammendment or ROE V. WADE or due process or freedom of speech from the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA apply to Bedouin goat herders in Jordan?
How might it go for a goat herder if he claimed the the King of Jordan is a racist and he has thought an awful lot lately about blowing up Raghadan palace?
JORDANIAN law provides for up to three years' imprisonment for insulting the king, slandering the government or foreign leaders, offending religious beliefs, or stirring sectarian strife and sedition.
Would he be protected by the first ammendment of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION?
No, because he is a JORDANIAN CITIZEN LIVING IN JORDAN. He has NO US CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.
Got to love those guys who claim to know the Constitution, the old Supreme Court thinks your full of craap...

But besiades all that this ban is a huge win for ISIS... Only someone who knows very little about Muslims or Terrism would think different...
This ban gives golden ammo to small band radicals within Islam and massive blow to moderate Muslims who are the backing peace...
The ignorance of this ban for starts works on the premise that it any way effective... It is not... If a Terrorist even wanted to be bothered to get into the US he could easilly with Money and no stupid wall is going to stop that... Just look a the Gazza - Eygptian border it is 4 miles heavilly guarded by Israeli soldiers and thousands come and go every day using tunnells.. No anti tunnelling rade works below 50 ft and it is very expensive and unreliable..
Secondly all this ban does is put pressure in Islamic countries to divert resources from hunting Terrorists to areas like Healthcare and Education... With the attitude, if US doesn't give a crap why should we... We will contain them and say if you stop killing other Muslims we can concentrate on other stuff... Those were your allies you just lost.
Thirdly, it allows the Muslim world to say you don't give a crap. The US destabilized a fragile region invading Iraq and turning it from a dictatorship into a failed state of lawlessness. On top of that Bush could have killed the founders of ISIS (Al Anbar) before the Iraq war but didn't so they could have a stronger case for war (ref Black Flags)
So this whole thing is a good solid win for ISIS when Obama and Muslim Allies had them on there knees... Mosul will fall even win Trump fighting against them.
