Lots of empty buildings. Looks deserted and the MAXX looks empty as well, far from what it used to be. Thanks for the update.

Head down to the old Greyhound, that is still pretty bad, lots of tents and homeless.

Dumb ass, no subways in Portland. We do occasionally, like all US cities, have problems on our light rail public transportation. I saw it just once on my way to PSU. Fellow started getting aggressive for no reason with another passenger. Several other fellows stood up, and told him to stop. The driver said over the intercom, "you are on camera". Several passengers were recording the whole affair, and at the next stop, the police escorted the troublemaker off. Crazies are everywhere, and the GOP keeps voting against any kind of money for mental health.
