There is a 9 to 1 chance the Republican is white.
There's a 9.5 to one chance that an African American is a Democrat
Republicans believe:

Science is a "faith".
No. We believe in God AND science. Democrats have faith in only government
Evolution is a "lie".
Actually very few Republicans deny evolution. I'd wager just as many Democrats hold that belief.
Climate Change is a "conspiracy".
No. Climate change is a religion. Thank you. We're spoken for.

Rich people are more "valuable" therefore deserve "special rights" and ever more money.
No. We believe that all citizens should enjoy the fruits of their labor. No labor, no fruit.
Gay people, at the most, should be prosecuted for existing, at the least, should have less rights.

Actually, Jefferson was a Democratic-Republican.....Look it up. Besides... I was talking about the modern day Republican attitude... which is a HUGE difference from the Revolutionary Days. You see... it wasn't "government" that the founding fathers hated.... they hated the British Monarchy and the fact that they were paying all those taxes and getting NO REPRESENTATION(which was the catalyst for the Revolution).

The Modern Day Republicans have bastardized that into an infernal hatred for almost all government and taxation, and try to say "that's what the Founding Fathers meant!"
