But you are dodging the question. Since the Treaty of Lausanne did not cede land to any particular people or State -- how do you know that ANY of the States which arose from that terra nullius are correct and legitimate States?

Particularly, Jordan. How did Jordan become a successor State? It can't be the Treaty of Lausanne because that treaty did not mention Jordan (or any of the others). So how?
