If it is found that the whole thing was a manipulated set up by ????????, then he needs to pardon almost all of them.
This is because they were there on his behalf that day in order to protest peacefully, and they believed in his cause pertaining to an alleged rigged election, but then they allegedly got set up on J6(?), and by those who wanted to trigger a violent event that would make Trump look like he was promoting violence and thuggery when he wasn't.
Note:
If any of them who are locked up, were (without a doubt) found to have thrown the first punch in the mayhem or chaos that got started, and it wasn't in any defense mode on that day when they threw it, then yes they should serve out their term for committing violence against another, otherwise when an aggressive act created by them had been committed against an innocent victim on that day outside of the responsibility to protest peacefully and calmly. Now a commute of their sentence might be in order if they were overcharged in their case for political reason's.
A case by case review is needed, and it's probably going to be a minuscule amount of self-made violent offenders that existed on that day.
We shall see.
Hopefully the vast majority of them are released due to the very shady circumstances that are involved in it all.
Yes non-violent protestors should be immediately released.
